How do we feel about our students?
They’re cute. Every time when we walk into classroom, they’ll close to us and talk to us what happened to them today. In class, they are still noisy, but they can be quiet very quickly. And they will pay attention in class. When we play games, they all enjoy them! They laugh, scream! It’s very interesting!!

What did we do well and what did we need to improve?
During our teaching week, we must have something to improve. First, our course plan isn’t good. Second, our time control isn’t perfect. Third, when we are teaching, we have to smile, or too serious! And our teaching methods have to add some actions or songs. The last one is the most important, we only teach, teach and teach! Children don’t have enough time to play games. Maybe we can use games to add children’s attention and courses’ interesting! When we get into the class, if it isn’t in class (the bell doesn’t ring.), we’ll smile and talk to them, we chat anything about their life and prepare our aids. However, when the bell is ringing, we’ll be serious! And then we’ll say: Be quiet and go back to your seat. Then the class leader will say: Stand up, Bow and Sit down. Everyone is good! When we teach them to say new words, our tone is clearly and loudly. For them, we also have award, if their homework is good, we’ll show his or her homework to all of the class!

At first, we’ll consider the lesson’s outline and our students’ learning ability. We also use some games or activities after we teach a lesson; in order to review the lesson. We read some books about teaching and some magazines. Sometimes we also search data from the internet. There are a lot of useful resources that we can use. For example, interesting games, teaching methods and what aids we can use. Of course, we also discuss our teaching expression with other teachers. We can learn some different ideas from them. Some teachers like to play games, but students are used to play games. They don’t pay attention in class, so, games have to be control! We only can mix games with our courses.
